How can I make a cookie cutter out of a pattern?

I’m looking to make a 5" x 5" template out of the attached image for making a pattern for some clay tiles I’m making. Basically, a cookie cutter. What’s the easiest way to make one? I’ve tried using cookiecaster, but it doesn’t appear to support the image.

I’d basically like to print like a half-inch tall template of the pattern with a square border.

Hey Jason,

If you can convert this image to vector graphics, you can extrude them in Blender. There are tons of tutorials on this on the interwebs.
