Flashprint - supports disappear on clicking print

Hi,

Just bought a Flashforge Finder and have printed several models successfully but I’m now attempting a print that will need supports. I can add them fine using the Auto Support function but, when I click print, they disappear from the 3D model (when it turns blue for printing after slicing) and are not coming out in the print. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? The model is about 2 inches tall by 1 inch wide/deep… am I perhaps setting the support branches too thin for the slicer to “see” them? Or thinner than the minimum shell size?

Ignore - using the advanced print dialogue seems to resolve this for some reason.

Was going to mention to check in the print settings/supports sections of the slicer to make sure supports are actually enabled “Yes” is selected.
