Chinese Junk Boat - needs a replica 3d print part

Hi All

I have a chinese junk from China but one of the dragons is broken and needs a new one created. I tried using the 123D catch program but the part is only 2cm x 1cm and my camera can’t capture the detail. Can any one help with reproducing one for me, I can send one to you? I would need a price for the image capture and one for the 3d printout also one for the .stl file incase I need to print some more.

I could make a cast replica in a few minutes. Modeling it out would take a bit longer. Although my modeling time is still free so it could be done if I had the part.

I agree, it looks like it would be pretty easy to cast with a silicon mold or similar.

Doesn’t look terribly hard to model either. If given a few good closeup pictures with a scale in the image, it would be pretty easy to draw up. Maybe 2-3 hours. I charge 40USD/hr for modeling. Print cost would probably be 30-40 dollar with 100% infill for durability (just a guess since we don’t have actual dimensions). Price would be less with lower infill levels. Message my hub if you want to pursue it or have additional questions.
