Anyone out there have a CNC?

I’m looking for someone out there with access to a CNC machine that can cut some 16 gauge aluminum for me. No plasma, the cuts need to be more clean. Router or waterjet would be perfect.

I’m looking to have this done fairly cheap and if you’re local (Kansas City area) Ill bring my own material. I was hoping to do 25 cents per inch. I have about 85 inches worth of cutting to do.
